23 year old Fashion student looking for accomodation in Palma/ centre

I'm an Erasmus student, I'm going to study fashion design for (hopefully) a year at Escola d'Art i Superior de les Illes Balears starting this September till (I think) June-July. I'm a nice person, I'm communicative, I clean up after myself, I help out a lot, no problem with pets, smoker (or if you dont smoke a terrace will be good), I don't like to bother people with unnecessary stuff. If you wanna talk - ok, if you don't - ok. All I ask is there to be some kind of communication for basic things. I don't care if I live with a boy or a girl (prefer a girl honestly), I have a boyfriend and I dont intend on bringing people home or annoying everyone with strangers. I really hope I have my own bathroom and basically that's the only thing I care about :) I can cook (kinda), I clean, I can shop for you or help out if you ask for help. Hope we get along.
