for 3 months Erasmus stay single room need

I need a clean and tidy room. If possible, room with bathroom is preferred. I am looking for washing machine, free wifi or internet in the apartment. Please all expenditures (electric, gas, internet, water etc.) are included to the price. I am erasmus student in palermo university. Also, I am literally writing master thesis so being quite is really important for me.
