24 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Palermo

Hey, my name is Julia, I'm from Germany and I'm going to Palermo for my erasmus exchange semester. I'm looking for a room in a shared flat near the center of Palermo with a good connection to university. It would be great to have a room with internet connection, a washing machine and a heating. The maximum price is 250 euro per month (included all bills). It would be perfect to live with roommates, who are friendly and funny.
