20, turning 21 year old medical student looking for short let accommodation

Im student currently studying Medicine at the University of Malta. Im originally from Kuwait, a small country in the middle east. I don't speak Italian but am fluent in English and Arabic. I intend on coming to Palermo for the summer, sometime at the end of June and leaving early September.
Im looking for something near the university. A clean place and organised. I like alot of natural light. If I do share, Id like if I share with a person who is open minded, not racist, not a party animal but still knows how to have fun. Preferbly Italian so that I can learn the language.
