Still haven't got the confirmation from Accademia di Belle arti di Palermo

I'm getting frustrated..

Been waiting for confirmation since 28th July. They haven't sent any e-mails to me. I already sent my learning agreement in may. Does anybody else have this problem? 

I'm supposed to move to Palermo with my family, so it is not so easy for me to just go like that..
