Babysitting

I am looking for a babysitter not Italian mother tongue. I would prefer an English one. I need a babysitter for about two morning a week for my young baby. He is born on September 2014, and he has a sister that is 2 and attends kindergarten. I am working from my house and I will be at home mostly of the time. I have flexible and changing time schedule.
