accommodation

Hallo !

I am Akshit Agnihotri  from India. I have applied for MSc. in Computer Science at Universität Paderborn and luckily i have got admission for the upcoming Summer intake. I will be totally new here. I have been trying for accommodation through various portals since weeks but everyone wants to meet the tenant in person.Like any other international student I am also having problems with accommodation. 

Kindly help me out with this. I am very much worried and nervous. I was very excited about this new juncture of my career. Studying abroad is what I have been planning since long and now finally at this point, I am stuck with the accommodation. I don't want to land up in an uncomfortable situation, without any place to stay. I am also okay if I get something for sub-lease or for a shorter duration of 1-2-3 months. I have been checking online, and everyone is scaring me more. They says that there are no accommodations in Paderborn and people are staying in super expensive hotels. I can't afford that. I will be very glad if you can help me out in this problem. I am already in Paderborn. I hope to have a positive outcome to my request.
