22 year old a boy looking for accommodation in Oviedo

Hello  everyone    I   m   Mehmet   and  22  year  old  who  study  computer  engineering  in  Adana  Turkey  and  I  will  come  to  Oviedo  for  next  semester  with  exchange  students   program.And I wonder about Oviedo   especially  conditions  of  life , price of accommodation ,information about city , about university of oviedo bla bla. I heard that in oviedo Professors have spoken spannish for classes and  also   exams  are  in  spannish  language  , I  dont  know it is   true  or  not . I m searcing friends who can help me .
