Oviedo is one of the most beautiful city in the the North of Spain, it's safe clean and peaceful city I have ever heard. Moreover, the University of Oviedo is also one of the best choice for my Major.

As a general student lifestyle, hangout, night club, trip etc.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Oviedo to other students?

Yes, the University of Oviedo is the best University in Asturias, for my opinion.

What is the food like?

Asturias foods can be eaten for everyone from all around the world. This do not worry about taste of foods and dessert. Here, is the best option for student. Ex: chorizo a la sidra, bollo preñao, leche frita, frixuelos.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Oviedo?

No, not really. You will get a lot of contact lists from the university about accommodation.

How much does it cost to live in Oviedo?

We might spend around 400 or 500 euros per months, in case you do not like to hang out a lot.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Spanish courses are available in the university and you also can find some free course in the center of Oviedo which is provided for foreigner.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Oviedo from your city?

It depend on places that you are planning to go. Mostly, bus is a good option to try.

There are a lot of activities for students. This you would learn it in easy way since the first day you arrive Oviedo. You could find a lot of activities from ESN group or AEGEE Oviedo group.

Please do not worry about the living condition in Oviedo. You would feel your second home, here.
