30 year old PhD candidate, Looking for shared flat (Private room) in Ourense

I'm Mojtaba Heydarizad. I'm 30 years old and PhD candidate of hydrogeology of Shiraz university in Iran. I want to spend my 6 month sabbatical scientifc leave in Ourense spain. I want to rent room in shared flat with max 3 other students and my budget is around 250 EUR per month. My sabbatical leave starts in 15 Nov 2016 and ends in April 2017. I will be in Ourense in 18 Nov.I dont smoke, but it isn't suffering for me if other student smoke.
