Ostrava based newly opened subsidiary of international company is seeking for a personal assistant to a general manager, who is an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. If you are a hard working independent individual who is ready to join our team, please apply within.

- devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- responsibility for accounts and budgets;
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests;
- meeting and greeting visitors;
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and correspondence;
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports.

You are the right person if:

- you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Czech and at least one other language, ideally, Russian, German;
- you have sense for planning, multi-tasking & coordination as well as general empathy, optimism and enthusiasm;
- you are ready for a long-term commitment;
- you have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines.
