Accomodation for 2 French students making an internship in Oslo

Hi!
My girl friend and I are going to conduct an internship in Oslo for the completion of our 4th year of engineering in chemistry. She will be working for SINTEF, and i would be working for the UiO culture museum and the department of chemistry on the Osberg conservation project.
We are looking for a furnished flat that can host us for 3 month. A single room, around 20-25 m2 near the centre, on the east side will be perfect, but any other location within 1 or 2km from the centre will be perfect.
We know that Oslo is not the easiest place to find such an accommodation, so even if your proposal doesn't meet our demand as stated here, we will be very glad to read you!
