22 year old Norwegian student looking for accommodation near Mannheim centre

I´m looking for a accomodation near the city centre. I want the accomodation to look tidy, and a little bit modern, and I´m willing to pay a higher price for it to look nice. I can both live alone in a flat/studio, but also willing to live with others. 

I am a very social girl, and want to live with people who likes to go out at parties, go shopping, make great food or just hang out watching netflix. It is also important for me to keep the apartment tidy and clean, but also be able to inviter friends over.
