Survey

For our current postal survey we are looking for reliable panellists acting as receivers of test mail located in the following major cities in Croatia:

• Osijek
• Zadar

With your help, we will monitor the transit time of international letters. The postal operators will use the results of the measurement to improve the quality of service for the benefit of all postal customers.

This survey is called Global Monitoring System (GMS) and is carried out on behalf of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU is a specialised agency of the United Nations and has 191 member countries around the world. Your task

• You receive about 2-3 test letters per week, sent to your private address
• You enter all delivery dates of your test mail on our website
• You will return all transponders in postage-paid return envelopes provided by us in advance. You may simply drop them in a mailbox at your convenience.

All our test letters contain RFID transponders (Radio Frequency Identification Tag). With the help of this technology we can determine the location of a letter. The transponder sends a signal as soon as it passes through a letter sorting centre or an airport gate. This allows us to measure the time needed to go between the individual signal points. The transponders do not transmit while at your home.

This survey is carried out continuously. You may discontinue your participation at any time (please, kindly inform us at least 6 weeks in advance). Furthermore, we will stop sending letters when you are on holiday.

Your reward

For your activity, you will receive a basic monthly bonus of 3,00 EUR as well as 0,35 EUR per confirmed test item and additional 0,15 EUR per returned transponder. For example, as receiver of test mail with a monthly average of 10 test letters to receive, you would get a monthly bonus of 3,00 EUR + 10 x 0,35 EUR + 10 x 0,15 EUR resulting in 8,00 EUR. You can choose between:

• payment on a registered account with PayPal (www.paypal.com) or Skrill (www.skrill.com)
• or we donate your award to the international humanitarian medical aid agency "Doctors without borders" (www.msf.org)
