Oran is the second biggest city in Algeria, It accounts around 2 millions, half of its buildings were built by the French in the period 1880-1962. It is somewhat like Valencia.

What is the student lifestyle like in Oran?

In Oran there are three universities. There is accommodation belonging to the university service. They are modest, however, they are almost free. But students can rent rooms in the city or around it.

How much does it cost to live in Oran?

I think that 400-500 euro is largely sufficient to live in an appartement with 2-3 rooms, and pay all the expenses of life.
