What is it like to live in Oradea? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Oradea is a beautiful city, with a lot of old buildings. The people here are very friendly, so it's easy to make friends here. If you're a person who doesn't like busy cities, I would totally recommend you it!

What is the student lifestyle like in Oradea?

It's not so hard to be a student in Oradea, to be honest. You can rent an apartament for like 200-250 euros. The food is also cheap, there are a lot of restaurants, but if you don't like to go out to eat, you can go to the market and buy anything you'd like to. There are "student's nights" on Thursdays where you can meet a lot of cool people and regular parties on weekends.

How much does it cost to live in Oradea?

So as I said earlier,the flats are cheap and so is the food. The bills differ: in winter it's more expensive than it is in summer.If you're a student here, you have a 50% discount for the tram and bus tickets, which is pretty cool.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Oradea? Is there any advice you can give?

Noo, there are a lot of flats for rent, you just have to start to check out the sites like 1 or 2 months ago, just to make sure that you'll find the one that will fit your expectations.
