25 year old student looking for affordable accommodation in Oldenburg

I'm looking for a single room, be it in a dorm or a shared apartment. I have limited funds and so I'm looking for affordable and reasonably priced places, 200Euros with all extra costs included. 

I am an easy going individual with a keen sense of adventure and I am willing to learn and meet different people from all around the world. I enjoy my own space and appreciate my privacy. I come across as shy at first. I would like a room mate who shares the same interest with me such as polotics, reading, current affairs, music and the great outdoors, I'm looking to stay with someone or people who are friendly, open minded and accommodating to different diverse cultural backgrounds.
