PhD student looking for accommodation in Oeiras or Lisboa for 2 months

I am a PhD student from University of Navarra (Spain). I will be near Lisboa for a couple of months doing an internship at iBET institute (Oeiras) as part of my doctoral program. I am looking for a place to stay the first month and your apartment looks very nice and very well located. My arrival date is next may12th by plane (1430 hours). I was wondering how long will be iBET from your apt by public transport and how much could be?. I will really appreciate any reply.
