50 years old woman looking for an accomodation in Nuernberg

I am Miss Surupa Das from India planning to go to Germany for my higher studies in OHM Business School. I am around 50 years old. I have already got confirmation from the mentioned school. I am supposed to apply for a Study Visa once the Embassy opens here. My course is going to commence from October 1, 2020 but I doubt whether I will be able to reach there by then because of the present scenario. Once my visa gets approved I will try to move immediately. So I have given a tentative date as 20th October. However my course will start from 1st October and I will be doing that online until I am physically present in Germany.

I am  seeking a one room furnished student apartment with bathroom and kitchen attached preferably on the upper floor. I prefer to stay alone but in case a good accomodation is available with a lady ( preferably near by age or more than that ) I can avail that. The distance from the University and the transport facilities will be additional preferable factors for choosing the apartment. 

I know German ( but cant speak fluent ) so you can write in German too. 

If i like the place I will stay till the course lasts i.e. 15 months.
