Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Cambridge, Oxford, Berlin
I know, I have never written anything! And it has already been two weeks since I returned to Spain. It's because I have been so busy visiting the cities that are in the title and now, two weeks after my return, I am excited to write what could be one of the last posts because I am lazy haha
Norwich, small but beautiful. Within a few hours, you can visit the whole city, with an outdoor market to get lost in. A cathedral with a closed in area of gardens where you cannot hear the sound of a car and the truth is, that is the thing that caught my attention the most.
Great Yarmouth, coastal town. Very small, which in reality does not have much there, I suppose that when the weather is good and there are people all around you, by the beach and the small theme park that is next to the sea.
Cambridge and Oxford, University cities.
Cambridge should be one of the cities with the most bikes per square metre haha, you have to be careful of them when walking in the street but it is very beautiful with lots of buildings to see, 31 colleges and also plenty of parks. If the weather is nice, people have barbecues there.
Oxford is the same as Cambridge as it is known for being a University city, it is very close to Cambridge but it has more colleges: 38. It is also called the 'City of Spires', as you can see them all when you look at Oxford from the air. Also, it is recommendable to go to Christ Church, one of the biggest colleges and where you will also find the Oxford Cathedral, where the dining hall is inspired by Hogwarts in Harry Potter. haha
Berlin, a city with lots to see and with lots of history to learn. I recommend doing a tour through the city, you learn a lot and you can then look at the city from a different perspective. Apart from being in Berlin, I visited the city Potsdam, which is precious, it has gardens with palaces.
Precious imperials (1st photo Brandeburgo Bridge, 2nd photo Sanssouci Palace).
The last week of being in Nottingham I went to Berlin and then, at the end of the week, it was suitcase madness, all Erasmus students have to endure this madness... a good moment to renovate your closet haha.
I think that I leave some cities that I have visited without writing the blog if I have time (and win) I will look for it and I will write something.
For now, I am enjoying the magnificent and lovely weather in Valencia. As I like it when it is hot! hahah
