30 years old male PhD, looking for accommodation in Nijmegen for my 1 year work for the University

I`m 30 y.o. PhD to join the University as the researcher from about 15-February. I am looking for 1-year housing in a silent/peaceful place to be able to rest after the work.
I am looking for a 400Euro incl. room (or a 600 Euro incl. studio) that is equipped with Wi-Fi and long bed (I`m as tall as Dutch). I lived in Noordwijk (South-Holland) in 2016-2017.
I am clean; I don`t generate noise; I don`t have pets.
