Students (Brothers) searching for an apartment in Nicosia near Frederick University

I am paul 18 years old and my brother anthony 23 years old, we are from lebanon, wishing to studying in cyprus in frederick university and we are residence permit holders and we are searching for an apartment for 2 bedrooms in nicosia near the university. My brother has the residence permit but i because i turned 18 I need to renew it and it will take long time, I am talking with an immigration office if i get a student visa faster than the permit 5o begin the university.
