Mature quiet student

As a student, I am on a strict budget. I am hoping to find a small affordable room. It dosen't have to be fancy. Just a bed with no bed bugs. Security is important. Although I am not sure if that is an issue in Cyprus! A room close to transport so that I can get to the university. It doesn't have to be in walking distance. I am happy with a 45 minute commute. I am used to commuting. Respect is huge. When you are living with others, it is important to me to treat each other as one would want to be treated. No drama. I am looking for a quiet neighbourhood. Looking for firendly room mates who are focused on studying. Or perhaps a host who is working and wanting to rent out a small space. Nature is lovely but that is also a luxury item.
