First year MD Student, 18 year old, looking for accommodation near Medical university of Nicosia

I am a first year MD student at university of Nicosia. I am 18 years-old, from Jordan. looking for a studio or a room in which I can have my own toilet. I would like it if it can be close to my university because I don't have a car and I am new so I don't know anything about the transportation system there. Also if the price given can include water, electrivity and internet since I am a first year student, I don't want to run back and forth looking for good internet connections or paying water and electricity bills each one separetely.
