A PhD Student looking for Studio Accommodation in Nicosia, South Cyprus

I am PhD candidate who is moving in Cyprus, Nicosia, starting my program from mid of September and looking for a private accomodation near a main bus stop. I have a family and expect them to be visiting me frequently and thus seeking a private studio. I am originally from Egypt, Cairo with architecture background, studied in the UK and been working as Lecturer Assistant in German University. 

The accomodation I wish is Studio/One Bedroom apartment (if available) between 350 and 450 euro by maximum (inclusive electricity/water and wifi). I don't mind that the accomodation is semi furnished or no furnishing but with electric appliances.
