27 years old looking for a shared room in a flat in the center of nicosia, old town, or near the center about 15 minutes walk

im looking for a room in a shared apartment , or a studio with one room to stay minimun 4 months and the max is one year starts from now, my budget is for a roomate 200-300 and for indivitual 350 euros full extra. i will prefer districts in old town of nicosia, acropolis, lycabetus,  agious omologites, old strovolos nearby the Main artery of road. i want a fully furniture apartment , if it has also wifi connection it would be perfect. im very friendly and patient, clean. im a civil engineer and i have my temporary job for 4-5 months and i will looking for another one.
