Hi Akash,

I am Dr. Biswajit from India. I am looking for a room walkable distance to University of Cyprus (UCY). I would like to stay from 15 Aug 2019 tentatively and initially for 1 year. Is  a room available ? Is it your room or separate one for which you are looking for (paying) guest? How far is this room from the UCY? Reply asap.

Its a large and sunny apartment with 3 bedrooms with one kitchen and living rooms

Great...How many memebrs are now with you?

Do you prepare foods yourself or by other means? Is it posisible to prepare Indian dishes like rice, dal, etc.?  Are you Veg/Nonveg?

Please give the address of your apartment. My workstation will be KIOS Research center of UCY.

We are 3 members now.. I use to prepare Indian dishes now.. Coz yes we have kitchen with all stuff.. I do not make any non veg food yet in kitchen but i am non veg.. Promitheos 26, egkomi domitios cyprus

Can you share/upload the pics (bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc.) of your apartment?

I heard that Beef and Pork are often eaten as the nonveg items in Cyprus. Will other members prepare these items in the kitchen? I do not have any problem if chicken, fish, egg as nonveg items are prepared in the kitchen?

You are currently 3 members. If I shall join, then I shall get a separate room (as you said). In that case, you three people will share the other two bedrooms. Will there be no issue?

You said, the rent is 200 Euro? Does this include all bills like electricity, water, gas, etc. ? Or, Total bill will be shared by all the members.

Dear sir.. You can see apartment photos in my profile.. Or you can search accommodation in Nicosia and find my profile there.. In my apartment i only non veg man.. I only make chicken dishies in kitchen. And last you will get your own separate room  rent is 400 euro  . All amenities are included.  200 euro rent you have to live with second person in your room..  By tc
