two med students looking for accomodation in Nice, near St. Roch Hospital

We  are  two  medical  students ,  couple,  who  are  having  three months internship in Nice in St Roch hospital. We  are  looking  for  an  accomodation  in  period  23rd June 2013 – 27th September 2013 - room,  studio or so  with private  area ;). We  are  nice,  calm  and  open-minded. It  would  be  perfect  to  find  some  place  near  hospital  or  sea ,  but  we  are  open  to  all  offers.
