seeking flat near the beach in Nice

I am a young american student seeking an accomadation to prepare me for a permenant move to Nice,France. I am a social butterfly and I love to cook, so I would prefer to be near some farmer markets. I like to exercise but I do not like to go to a gym. I love running and I would like to run on the beach. I prefer someplace with a elevator unless I am on the first floor, then I can deal with no elevators because I am lazy and do not like to climb stairs.
