Looking for student accommodation in Nice for one year

Hi!
We are coming to Nice to spend a year in the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (UNS) on the 1st of September, 2015. We would like to have a standard accommodation for us. We expect basic provisions as good washrooms, kitchen, separate bedrooms and wifi. We do not have any restrictions on taking English speaking tasks for the landlord as a part of the accommodation criterion (not more than 3 hours per week).
