Looking for a roommate in Nice, France

I am from the United States looking for a roommate for fall 2017 (August 2017-December 2017). I will be in Nice to complete masters program at IPAG. I'm interested in an apartment, townhome, or studio with two bedrooms (preferably close to the beach). I'm a very clean person and intend on traveling a bit while I'm in France.
