Looking for a central apartment for two girls in the age of 24.

We are two ambitious Female students who are searching for a central apartment in Nice. We're right now studying international sales and marketing in Ljungby, Sweden and are really looking forward to our semester abroad. The school we have got nominated to in Nice is Ipag Business School. The apartment we're looking for should  prefferably be furnished and include: washing machine, 1-2 bedrooms, kitchen and toilette with a shower. the rental around 1000€/month including, water and electricity. Our wish is to rent the apartment for around 4 month, 20th of january until the end of May 2016. We are both very organized and like to have it clean at home.
