I`m 20 and I`m looking for accommodation in Nice for Autumn

We are two girls from Lithuania going on erasmus to Nice on the end of August or the beginning of September. We would like to live in a modern flat near the city centre or sea. We will be studying in ESPEME university. We are looking for separate rooms.
We dont have any specific preferences with whom we would like to live :)
