Preferably a place near Sophia Antipolis! I am looking specifically for only female roommates and also preferably not toooo pricey, but I do really want a terrace or balcony!! but also willing to sacrifice that hahaha, but just someone who loves adventures as much as I do but is also okay with staying inside and watching movies, we dont have to be best friends but it'd be pleasant to have someone around :)!
