Im an outgoing student looking for accomodation for my 4 month stay in Nice. I will be attending EDHEC Business school for the course Corporate Finance and banking.
I have been living with roomates for the last 6 years, so i know a lot about the respect roomies have to show each other (Cleaning, need of private time, etc)
Im a non-smoker, who likes to seek and endulge in social activities, such as cooking, sports, drinking, etc.
When in my spare time I like to create music (hip-hop), be cultural and enjoy the sunny sides of life.
When looking for an accomodation i search for a nice place, preferable with a balcony, somewhere in the city center.
