23 Year old, looking for accommodation in Nice for four months

Hey, I am Andia from Tirana, Albania. After I finished my studied in Germany, I have the chance to start an internship with CIFE, Nice, for a period of four months.
So I was looking for a temporary accomodation, not more than 400 Euros/month (less would be even better). I would prefer a personal bedroom/bathroom but I am open to the possibilities.
As long my roomates are friendly, regular and tidy I have no other request or problems. I would prefer of course my flatmate to be a girl, but wouldn't be a big problem any suggestion. I don't smoke or own any pets for the matter.
