23 and 21 year old couple (students) looking for a place to live for language course

We are a young couple, looking for a place to live while my fiancee is on language course at the Institut Francais and I will be working and studying on the side. We are looking for a small studio or apartment, with private bathroom, furnished, Wifi and if possible close access to private laundry machine. We will be staying there at least the month of May, possibly June as well, as we have an apartment available only from June/July, pending update.
