22 year old cool, responsible, happy, good roomie and tolerant girl, looks for accomodation in Nice, France, for August 2015

I´m looking for a place near IPAG Business School, around 400€ or less, with, if possible, washing machine, fridge, complete bathroom, etc.

I´m also looking for cool, clean and responsible people that respect each other´s space and with whom I can trust enough to live with. I´m looking for place to share with girls or if there are more people, men and women I´m Ok. 

I think I´m the kind of person you can trust, I´m honest and responsible. I like to say things directly and to face problems instead of surrounding them. I also like to have fun at partys, sports, traveling, meeting new people, playing xbox, games, etc. But I don´t like to judge people, neither they to judge me if they don´t know a bit. 

And finally if we agree on all, some or any of these points I would like to meet you and to know if you are looking for a roomie :)
