Hi,
I am looking for accommodation in Nice from the 1st of October to the end of March. I am 21, non-smoker, easy-going as far as being a roommate goes. I am looking for either a studio or a colocation with basic facilities which is fairly priced. Location should be preferably easy to travel from/to. A Furnished room would be preferred with a kitchen and washing machine facilities.
