20 year old girl, working as a language assistant for my 3rd year of my university course, looking for a flat share in Nice.

My name is Eleanor. I'm 20 years old and study French and Spanish at University, but will be moving to Nice at the end of September to be a British Council English Language assistant until the beginning of May. I will be flying over to Nice on the 25th September but I would look to book as many viewings as possible and find somewhere to live and to move in by the 1st October. I am currently looking for myself but I'm hoping to live with 1 or 2 other British Council English Language assistants who will also be teaching in Nice. They will be around the same age as me. Ideally I would like to live in an appartment, costing no more than 480 euros a month, bills included. I am interested in living in the Vieille Ville, but would also like to be close to the Gare de Nice Ville as I will be using that train station regularly. 

I would like my accommodation to be calm and quiet during the night as I will be getting up early in the morning to go and teach. However, being close to bars, cafes and clubs (social areas good for meeting up and night life) would also be perfect. I also like to go to the gym so living near a gym would be great for me. 

I am tidy, really friendly and always up for meeting new people :)
