18 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Newcastle

Hello, everybody,

I am looking for a place to live for my semester abroad in Newcastle. It would be good if factors such as washing machine, heating, gas etc. were included in the price.

In the best case, I am also looking for accommodation that is as close as possible to Newcastle University.

Now to me as a person:
I'm a pretty easy-care person. I like cooking, I am very tidy and I also do the housework, like cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the dishwasher etc. .
I guess I'll probably be on the road most of the time, so I can't get on anyone's nerves. I will certainly spend a lot of time at university and spend the rest of my time doing outdoor activities to get to know the city better and meet new people as well.

I would be very happy about a good offer!
