Student accomodation for 6 months

I am a research scholar from IIT, New Delhi, India. I am coming to Lille for research purpose. I have an internship at the University of Lille for six months.
I will be there for 6 months from 1st March 2020- 30th August 2020. I am looking for a fully furnished studio apartment or an apartment. I will need furnished apartments as I will be there for only six months.
It will be better if there will be a single accommodation. I prefer to live alone as it is helpful for my research work.
