Two 21years old girls look for a flat in Nancy

Hi, we are two Italian students from Milano, we will be going to Nancy from the end of augurt to the end of december as erasmus students. We are looking for a flat to rent at about 600€ (300€). We need it to be furnished and possibly with some facilities as washing machine, wifi and so on. We are fine also with sharing a flat, if someone is looking for roommates, at the same price.
None of us smokes, but sharing with smokers would not be a problem.
