My preference of a roommate is a female with no kids, within the age bracket of 26 years to 28 years (Turning or turned 28 in 2024). Clean, mature and no baby daddy or boyfriend dramas. If you party or go out and or drink (moderately or socially) that's a plus! We can agree on a cost sharing or duties split.
