Looking for a female to replace me in a two-bedroom shared apartment.

Hello all,

I have been renting a room in a two-bedroom shared apartment in Ngara, Nairobi, with another girl at the age of 26. She has been renting this apartment for the past 3 years, and I have been living here since August 2023. The apartment is located on Parkroad, walking distance from Fig Tree and OTC in Town. My semester is wrapping up and I will be leaving the country so I am looking for a female to take over my room from the beginning of May (or end of April).

The rent for the room is 14000 KES per month, with electicity coming to about 1000 KES and internet coming to around 1750 KES monthly. The bathroom is spacious with a fully functioning shower, toilet and sink, and the kitchen has both a stove/oven and a combined fridge & freezer. Additionally, the building has great 24 hour security and a large rooftop for laundry.

Your potential roommate is an avid cyclist and works as a graphic designer, who is a practical and tidy lady. Desired qualitites in the person taking over my room include being a woman in her 20s or 30s, being in school or working, being clean and tidy, being punctual with payments, and no smoking.
