Hi, my name is Ivy, and I'm looking for a roommate. I live in Ruai Mawe Mbili area in a fully furnished 2-bedroom house with a balcony, and I'm looking for someone who is clean, mildly social and mature to occupy the 2nd bedroom. I'm an early riser and go to bed very early. I'm also very keen on cleanliness. The cost will be 12,000 KES per month, which includes WiFi, water, electricity, and trash. Food and shopping is individually catered for. There's also a fridge and cooker which you are welcome to use as long you clean up after yourself. I work from home from home. The area is ideal for someone who works around Ruai or Utawala area or also works from home. The room comes unfurnished but includes a closet. The area is silent, not very populated with few shops around. No pets.
