Hey. I'm looking for a house mate. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, meaning you'd have your own space. It is located on Kapenguria road, just next to the Ndumbuini flyover. The house is fully furnished and the rent would be 38,000kshs. This is inclusive of cleaning, service charge, internet, Netflix, water and electricity. You'd be responsible for your own food and personal effects. No pets allowed or loud parties. The apartment complex is in a good and safe location. 24hr CCTV and guards. Very easy access to public transport (1 matatu to westlands and town) and market/supermarket. The housemate has to be clean, respectful and must always pay on time. I don't mind someone who drinks, but smoking would be a problem.
