I am an ambivert residing in Nairobi, Kenya and am looking for 4 housemates for a 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment in Madaraka Estate. Each housemates will pay KES 22,000 per month which will cater for their accommodation fee, service charges, water bill and the WiFi bill. There's a washer (Washing machine) which can be used by the housemates.
I am looking for mature, clean and respectful housemates preferably ladies who are ready to move in and who will oblige to the set house rules (basic, common house rules).
