The room is furnished, but you must come with your own bedding. It has a 2nd bathroom with a shower. I will provide the instant shower. must be very clean and be able to manage their own space. 

House is fully furnished with a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. 

all bills will be split down the middle. 

your share of the rent would be 22k  The place is move-in ready with ample parking, very good security and a lift.
