Hi, I’m a 30-year-old female looking for a housemate to share a quiet and spacious home. I work remotely, so a peaceful, quiet environment is important to me. Wi-Fi is essential, and I’m looking for someone who is comfortable splitting bills (rent, utilities, water etc.)
